  • 1 Medium Chopped Sweet Onion
  • 1 Pound Bacon
  • 9 large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • 1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 4 Cups Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 ½ Cups Cottage Cheese

How To Make Amish Breakfast Casserole Recipe

  1. First, Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Then, Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. Now, in a large skillet, cook and stir bacon, onion until it becomes brown on medium heat about 10 mins; Drain.
  3. Add bacon, onion and salt to a large bowl. In a large bowl, stir eggs, cottage, cheese, cheddar cheese and swiss cheese. Then, Place the mixture in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Now, Bake it  for 45 -50mins in the preheated oven until eggs and cheese melted. Allow it to cool for 10 mins before cutting it.
