Ingredients Of Aloo ChaatRecipe 

  • 3 Chopped boiled potatoes (300g)
  • Tomato (Finely Chopped)
  • Green coriander (Finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp gram flour salt
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • ½ Tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
  • 3-4 green chilies (finely chopped)
  • Salt (According to the taste)
  • ½ Roasted Cumin powder
  • Black Salt (less than ¼ Tsp)
  • Chaat Masala (less than ¼ tsp)
  • 2 Tsp green coriander chutne
  • 2 Tsp sweet chutney (If You Like)

How To Make Aloo Chaat Recipe?

  1. Take 1 Tbsp oil in a pan and heat it.
  2. Now, Add finely chopped ginger and green coriander and fry it lightly.
  3. After this, mix coriander powder and fry it. Then, Add Tomato, salt, balck salt, red chili, chili powder, potato and mix all of these well.
  4. Now, add some finely chopped green coriander and mix all well.
  5. Congrats ! Your Delicious aloo chaat recipe is now ready for serve.
  6. Now Take it out in a plate. (if you want that your aloo chaat recipe looks more tempting then garnish it with pomegranate seeds.


Tomato sauce can be used instead of sweet chutney, if there is no green coriander chutney, then you can also make without it, if you like spicy then green chili can be increased.
