Ingredients to make Aloo Raita Recipe (Aloo ka raita Recipe):
- 250 grams of curd
- 2 potatoes, cut and boiled
- ½ small spoon cumin powder, roasted
- ¼ spoon red chili powder, optional
- ½ spoon chaat masala
- ½ large spoon mint leaves and 1 large spoon green coriander, chopped
- Salt as per requirement

Method to make Potato Raita Recipe :
- First, boil 2 potatoes in a cooker or any other vessel as per requirement.
- After boiling, let the potatoes cool down, peel the cooled potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
- Now take curd in a bowl and whisk it well, now add the boiled and cut potatoes in it.
- Now add ½ small spoon of roasted cumin powder, ¼ spoon red chili powder (you can also use chopped green chili instead of this), and 1/2 small spoon of chaat masala powder and mix it well.
- Now add salt and red chili as per requirement. And mix it well.
