Almond burfi is a very delicious sweet, this is beneficial for health. We can use this sweet as God’s offering or for any celebrations, pooja etc. Children and teneagers loves most this sweet. So, lets know the recipe of almond burfi or badam burfi.

Almond Burfi Ingredients 

  • 500g Almonds
  • 400ml Milk
  • 10-12 Cardamom
  • 350g Sugar
  • 2Tsp Saffron
  • 7 Tsp Ghee

How To Make Badam Burfi Step By Step Method

  1. Firstly, Boil two cups of water in a vessel and then soak almonds in it for sometime. Ater soaking the almonds, remove them from water.
  2. Put almonds in cold water then after putting almonds in cold water, remove it from water and peel them . (It means takeout almonds skins.)
  3. Now, Put milk in a vessel then add saffron in milk, then after peeling the soaked almonds, grind the saffron milk and almonds in a mixer well.
  4. Now, Put gheeand cardamom in a non stick pan then afteradd sugar powder, almonds pistachios in it and mix the almond paste and sugar together until it becomes thick.
  5. When almonds paste becomes tight then take out it from gas flame and let it cool down.  After it cools, spread it well (it means the way we make roti,  roll it in the same way as it gets solidified.)
  6. Now, When it all gets frozen, cut it into the shape of barfi and enjoy eating delicious badam or almond burfi at home.

Note: If you cook the badam katali less, then the almonds burfi will not freeze properly and it will get spoiled, so cook it well on a slow flame and keep stirring so that it does not remain crisp.
