Ingredients to make Balushahi recipe:
For dough:
- 250 grams flour
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- water as required
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1/4 cup curd
- Oil
For the sugar solution:
- 1 cup sugar
- cup water
- some saffron
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Method to make Balushahi recipe:
- Take a bowl, and mix 1 cup and a half cup of all-purpose flour, half a cup of sugar, half a teaspoon of baking powder. Now add ¼ cup ghee to it and mix it well.
- Now mix ¼ cup curd well. Add water and mix well. And make a soft dough. Keep it covered with a cloth for 15 minutes.

- Now take a pan, add 1 cup sugar, half a cup water, and saffron and mix it well. And boil for 5 minutes. Switch off the gas and keep it covered.
- Now take a small-sized hair from the dough and flatten it and make a dent in the middle. Make balls of all the dough like this.
- Now take a pan or wok and heat the oil in it. After the oil is hot, fry all the small balls (balushahi) in it.
- Now put all the Balushahi in the sugar solution and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Your Balushahi recipe is ready. You can share it with your family or friend or relative.
