Ingredients for Beans Potato Recipe:
- 2 tbsp oil
- half teaspoon cumin
- 1 potato chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 250 grams beans
- half teaspoon turmeric powder
- Half tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- half tsp garam masala
- salt to taste
- 2 tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 tbsp green coriander finely chopped
- half tsp amchur powder
- Water
How To Make Beans Potato Recipe :
- Take a kadai or pan, and heat 2 tbsp oil in it.
- Now add cumin seeds, and after a while add 1 onion finely chopped. And cook the onion well for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add 2 – 3 finely chopped green chilies and 1 ginger garlic paste. And fry for a while.
- Now add 1 potato chopped and 250 grams beans, and mix it well and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add all the spices (half teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon garam masala, half teaspoon mango powder and salt as per taste) and mix it well and fry on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. . So that the issues do not burn.
- Now add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and mix it well and cook it covered for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Now remove the lid and mix once again and now add water, add water according to you, as much as you want gravy. Add water accordingly.
- Now cover it and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Now remove the lid and check once the potatoes are not cooked, if cooked, then add finely chopped green coriander. and mix well.
- Now your vegetable is ready. Now you can eat it with rice or roti for dinner or lunch.
