Ingredients for making Golgappa Puri Recipe
- 1 tbsp semolina (rava)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt
- Water
- oil, for frying
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda (Eating Soda)
How to make Bhatura Recipe

Take a vessel, add semolina, fine flour, salt and baking soda, curd, sugar and 2 tbsp oil. And mix well. Add little – little water and knead soft dough.

Take a wet cloth, and keep the kneaded dough for 1-2 hours.

Now remove the cloth, and knead the dough once again.

Now make a dough from the dough, make the dough to roll it as big as a roti.

Now take a ball, and roll it like a roti, and apply oil on the wheel to prevent the bhatura from sticking to the wheel.

Now take a pan (kadai), put oil in it and heat it. When the oil becomes hot on medium flame, put the bhaturas in the pan and fry them till they turn golden brown in color. Fry all the bhaturas in the same way.
