- 2 cups of yogurt
- 1 large carrot grated
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder roasted
- A pinch of black pepper powder
- Black salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

Method to make Carrot Raita Recipe:
- First of all, strain 2 cups of yogurt with the help of a strainer in a bowl, so that the yogurt gets a smooth texture.
- Now add 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, a pinch of black pepper, 1 finely chopped green chili, and black salt to taste and mix well.
- Now add the grated carrot to it, and mix well. Now add chaat masala to taste and whisk well.
