Ingredients for Dal Makhani
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3 garlic cloves (grated) or garlic paste
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 green chilies
- 3 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 Tomato , finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 cups water
- 3 tbsp Rajma , soaked in water for 6 hours
- 1/2 cup urad, soaked in water for 6 hours
- 2 tbsp Chana dal, soaked in water for 6 hours

- Put soaked kidney beans, chana dal and urad (with 2 cups of water) in a pressure cooker and boil or cook for 4 to 5 whistles
- Now turn off the gas and after taking out the city, mash it lightly with the help of a spoon.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, and after cooking for a while, add onion and fry till it becomes light pink.
- Add coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Now add chopped tomato and let it cook well till it becomes soft. Took about 2 – 3 minutes.
- Now add salt and 1 cup of water to the boiled lentils as per taste. Now let it cook on medium flame till it becomes thick.
- Now add butter and mix well and let it cook for a while.
- Now add cream ie cream. And meet. Let it cook for a while.
