Golgappa Puri: A small round shaped puffed poori. Which comes very easily in the mouth. Which is used to make many spicy chaats (eg – pani puri, sev puri and dahi puri). You can make a hole in this poori and put boiled gram, potato and rabra in it and make chaat by adding spicy and sweet chutney.

Ingredients for making Golgappa Puri Recipe
- 1 cup semolina (rava)
- 2 tbsp all Fine flour
- Oil (for frying)
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda (Eating Soda)
- salt to taste
- A small sized glass or other utensil, for cutting whole
How to make Golgappa Puri Recipe

Take a vessel, mix semolina, Fine flour, salt and baking soda well in it. And knead the dough well.

Take a wet cloth, and keep the kneaded dough for 20-25 minutes.

Now remove the cloth, and knead the dough once again.

Now make a dough from the dough, make the dough to roll it as big as a roti.

Now take a dough, and roll it like a big sized roti, do not roll it too thick and not too thin. If the puri is thick then it will not be crunchy, and if it is too thin then it will not puff up.

Now take a small sized glass or any other utensil, and with the help of it cut the puri. And take out the extra dough and make a dough again.

Now take a pan (kadai), put oil in it and heat it. When the oil becomes hot on medium flame, put the puri in a pan and fry it till it becomes golden brown in color. Fry all the puri like this.
