Ingredients for making Matar Pulao Recipe:
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 pods of cardamom
- 5 cloves
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 Green Chile
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup basmati rice (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- 1.5 cups water

How to make Matar Paneer Recipe
How to make Matar Pulao :
1.
First take a pressure cooker, and heat 1 tbsp ghee in it.

Now add 1 tsp cumin, 1 bay leaf, 1 inch cinnamon, 2 pods cardamom, 5 cloves, 1/2 tsp black pepper and fry for a while.

Now add 1 onion finely chopped, 1 green chili, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and cook it well. Now add 1 cup peas.

Now add 1 cup basmati rice (soaked in water for 30 minutes) and mix it well.

Now add 1.5 cups of water, salt to taste and mix it well.

Now close the lid of the pressure cooker. And after 2 whistles will turn off the gas.
7.
Now remove the lid and mix the pulao a little. And now serve by adding green coriander leaves.
