What are the ingredients required to make Paneer Makhani Recipe?
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp cashew nuts
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cardamoms and cloves
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250 grams Paneer (cut into small pieces)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 chili
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp cream
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
how to make Paneer Makkhani recipe in hindi

Take a pan. And add onion, cashew, tomato, bay leaf, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and garlic paste to it. And additionally add water and butter to it.

Now mix all these well, and cover it and let it cook for a while.

Now take out the bay leaf. And let it cool down for a while to make a paste.

Now take a big kadai or pan. Put butter and oil in it and heat it, then put small pieces of cheese in it. And fry the cheese.

Now take out the fried paneer and keep it in one side and in the same pan now add cumin and chilli, cook it well on low flame.

Now add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, and chili powder. And cook the spices well on low flame.

Now add the onion and tomato paste that we made. And mix well, cook till the oil starts separating.

Now cook it by covering it a little, and then add fried paneer and fenugreek, green coriander to it. and mix well.

Now you can eat it with roti or rice.
