Ingredients for making Paneer Pulao Recipe:
To Cook Rice:
- 4 cups water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 salt
For Paneer Pulao:
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 5 cloves
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 3/4 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp green coriander
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 1 green chili
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup peas
- 150 grams paneer
How to make Paneer Pulao Recipe:
- Take a deep pan, and put 4 cups water, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and 1 bay leaf in it.
- When the water boils, then add 1 cup of Basmati rice to it. And cook the rice completely. After cooking, take out the rice from the pan.
- Now take a pan and heat 1 tsp ghee in it. Now put small pieces of cottage cheese in it. And when the paneer becomes light brown in color, then take out the paneer and keep it outside.
- Now add 1 tsp cumin, 1 inch cinnamon, 5 cloves, 1/2 tsp black pepper and fry it for a while.
- Now add 1 onion finely chopped and cook for a while and then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 green chili chopped lengthwise and cook it well.
- Now add 1 carrot finely chopped, 1/4 cup peas and fry for a while.
- Now add 3/4 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and salt according to taste, mix well and cook for a while.
- Now add cooked rice and mix it well, and now add fried paneer and cover the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes.
