What ingredients are used to make pani-puri recipe?
To make the dough:
- for 30 puris
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup semolina
- 1 pinch baking soda (sweetened soda)
- Oil, for frying puris
For Potato Masala:
- 4- 5 boiled potatoes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup peas or black gram
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp crushed red chili
- tsp black salt
- tsp salt
To make water:
- 2- 3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1½ tsp cumin
- 100 grams tamarind
- 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1tsp coriander powder
- ½tsp lemon juice
- 1 water
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- 1 tsp black salt
- tsp red chili
How To Make Pani Puri Recipe
To make water:
1.
First take flour and semolina in a plate or plate, and add salt and baking soda to it, and mix it well. Add little water and knead a soft/soft dough.

Now keep the kneaded dough covered with a cloth for 20 to 25 minutes.

Now knead the dough once again, and then make dough and roll it as big as a roti, and then cut small balls with the help of a small glass.

Now make small balls of all the aatas in the same way.

Now take a pan and heat oil in it. And fry all the puris in oil.

To make the masala, take a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes in it, then put gram or peas in it, now add spices.

Now add red chili, coriander powder, black salt, cumin powder, and plain salt, and finely chopped onion, break 2-3 puris and mix them well, now the potato masala is ready.
To make water

To make water, first take the jar of a mixer, now put green coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, a little lemon juice and tamarind juice in it. And add little water and make a paste in a mixer.

Now filter the paste in 1.5 liters of water, add black pepper, mango powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black salt and salt according to taste and mix it well.

Now if you want the water to be sweet, then you can also add sugar to it, the water for pani puri is ready.
How to serve pani puri?
To serve pani puri, first break the puri a little from the middle and fill it with potato masala and add water to it, now your pani-puri is ready to serve.
