1. To make pasta, we will first wash the vegetables. After that, cut them finely.
2. Now take a pan, put 1 liter of water in it to boil the pasta. Whenever you boil pasta, put some oil in it. So that the pasta will not stick to each other.
3. After the pasta is boiling, take a pan. And put oil in and heat it. Now add garlic, green chili and cook it for 2 minutes.
4. Now add finely chopped capsicum, onion and carrot and fry it well for 3 minutes.
