How To Make Veg Momos Recipe

First chop all the vegetables.

Now take a pan or any utensil (in which you can knead the dough). And add flour, salt and a little oil to it. Add water and make a soft dough, that is, knead it.

Now keep the kneaded dough covered for 20-25 minutes. So that by then the dough is well set.

Now take a pan, and put 3 tsp oil in it, and heat it. And add finely chopped ginger and garlic and fry for 1 minute.

Now add finely chopped onions, and fry till light golden in color or fry for 1 minute.

Now add all the chopped vegetables and paneer. And after that add salt and mix it well, cook for about 5 minutes.

Now add a 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp chili sauce and black pepper powder, and mix well, and cook for about 1 minute.

Now switch off the gas, and the momos stuffing is ready.

Now knead the dough once again, and make small balls and roll it like a puri, and now add stuffing masala to it.

Now fold it completely from one side by raising it from the edge. Now make all the momos like this.

Now take a steamer or a deep pan, and heat it by adding water, and place the momos in it. And cook it on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.

Now take out the momos in a bowl and serve with red chutney.

How to serve Vegetable Momos?
