Ingredients For Kaju Katli Recipe
- 1 Tbsp ghee
- 1 Cup Cashews
- 1 Tsp Rose Petals (chopped)
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 5 Tbsp Water
How To Cook Kaju Katli Recipe Step By Step Process
- Take 1 cup cashew and powder using a blender or dry grinder.
- Take a pan, add ½ cup sugar and water in it and heat it on medium flame. When sugar boils well in water then add cashew powder in it.
- Now Keep stirring it on low flame and break it if there are any lumps. And keep running continuously. In this, the dough of cashew katli will become smooth.
- When this mixture starts to become thick and very soft dough, then take it out from the pan/kadai in a vessel.
- Now add 1 tsp rose petals and 1 tsp ghee. Knead the dough lightly. And flatten it and keep it on the plate.
- Then, roll it 3mm-5mm thick and then let it cool. When the cashew katli cools down, cut it into square or diamond shape as per your wish.
