Kashmiri Pulao Ingredients List
- 1 TableSpoon Butter
- 10 Cashew Nuts
- 10 Raisins
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 15 Pistachios
- 1 inch Cinnamon
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 Pods Cardamon
- 5 Cloves
- ½ Tsp fennel
- ½ Tsp Balck Pepper
- 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Green Chili Ginger Garlic Paste
- ½ Tsp Chili Powder
- Salt (Acc. To Taste)
- 1 Cup Basmati Rice (Soaked in Water for 30 mins)
- 1.5 Cups Water
- 2 Tbsp Saffron Milk
- 2 टेबलस्पून केसर का दूध
How To Make Kashmiri Pulao? (Step by Step Explained in Easy Way)
1.
Take a pressure cooker and heat 1 tablespoon ghee in it.

Now in that, Add 10 cashew nuts, 3 tbsp raisins and 15 pistachios then fry well till it turns to golden brown color.

After frying it, mix all these ingredients and make it aside.

Now, Add 1 Tsp cumin, 1 inch cinnamon, 1 bay leaf, 2 pods cardamom, 5 cloves, ½ tsp balck pepper and ½ tsp fennel then fry it for a while.

Add 1 onion (finely chopped), 1 green chili, 1 Green Chili Ginger Garlic Paste and cook it well.

Now, Add ½ tsp chili powder, salt (acc. To taste) and cook it on low flame

After That, add 1 cup basmati rice (Soaked in Water for 30 mins) then mix and cook it well.

Now, add 1.5 cup water, Tbsp saffron milk and fried fruits in it then mix it.

Now, Close the lid of pressure cooker. When cooker gives 2 citi after that off the gas

After doing that remove the cooker’s lid and mix once pulao. After mixing the pulao add green coriander leaves and serve it.
