Ingredients for making Kathal ki sabzi Recipe
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 500 gms of jackfruit
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste or finely chopped
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon green coriander, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies long chopped
how to make Kathal ki sabzi recipe

Cut the jackfruit by applying oil in your hand, otherwise you may have itching or stickiness in your hand.

Now peel the jackfruit well and cut it into small pieces as per your wish.

Take a pan and put oil in it and heat it, now fry the jackfruit pieces till it becomes light brown. And take it out and keep it on the side.

Now add cumin, when cumin is cooked then add garlic ginger and onion, fry it till it turns brown.

Now add coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric and salt. And mix well.

Now add green chilies and fried jackfruit to it. Walk for a while and then add a cup of water.

Now let it come to a boil, and let it cook on low flame.

Now add coriander leaves and serve hot.
