- ½ Tbsp soy sauce
- 150gm Paneer ( cut into small pieces)
- 1 Onion
- ⅓ Cup Cabbage
- 1 Tsp Spice chilli powder
- 1 Coriander leaves (handful)
- Salt (As per your requirement)
- Oil (refined)
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Tsp black pepper
- 2 Cup basmati rice
How To Cook Paneer Fried Rice Recipe Step By Step Process
- First wash and chop the vegetables then cut the paneer in small parts.
- Now, add oil in a pan by putting the pan on a gas stoke and heat it. Then put garlic cloves in it and finely chopped onion and cook them on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Now increase the flame a little bit and add finely chopped tomatoes, cabbage in the same pan. When the vegetables turn light golden brown, add soya sauce and spices.
- Now add boiled rice and small pieces of paneer and cook it for at least 5-6 minutes.
- Then add salt (as per your taste), finely chopped coriander and mix them well.
