Ingredients For Paneer Masala Recipe
For Marination
- 250 Grams Paneer
- 1, 1/2 Chili Powder
- ½ TSP Garlic Powder
- ½ TSP Garam Masala
- 2 TSP Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt
For Curry:
- 3 TBSP Ghee
- 2 TBSP Oil
- 2 TSP Coriander Seeds
- 2 TSP Cumin
- ¼ TSP Black Peppe
- 5 Cloves
- 4 Cardamom
- ½ inch Cinnamon
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)
- ½ Cup Curd
- ½ Cup Water
- 1 TSP Kasoori Methi (Crushed)
- 2 TBSP Green Coriander (Finely Chopped)
How To Make Paneer Masala Recipe?
1.
Take a bowl, add 250 grams paneer in it and then add ½ TSP chili powder, ¼ TSP garlic powder, ¼ TSP garam masala, 1 TSP ginger garlic paste and ¼ TSP salt in it then mix it well. Put it for 30 mins.

Now, take a pan, add 1 TBSP ghee and mix then add marinated cheese and fry it well.

Take another pan, add 3 TSP Coriander seeds, 1 TSP cumin, ¼ TSP black pepper, 3 cloves, 2 cardamon, ½ inch cinnamon, ½ TSP fennel and cook it on medium flame.

Now, take a pan, add 2 TBSP ghee and 2 TBSP oil and heat it.

Add 1 Bay leaf, 2 cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon, 2 cloves, 1 TSP cumin and fry it.

Now Add 1 onion (finely chopped), 1 TSP ginger garlic paste and also fry it.

By Adding Dhaba masala, ¼ TSP turmeric, 1 TSP chili powder, salt (according to your taste) in it then mix it and fry it.

Now, add 2 tomatoes and mix it and cook it till tomatoes become soft.

Add 2 cup curd and mix it. Remember- cook it on low flame until oil starts separating.

Now by adding ½ cup water, mix it and cook for a little bit time. Then add fried cheese in it. And mix all very well. Cover and cook for a while.

Add 1 TSP Kasoori Methi, ¼ TSP garam masala and 2 TBSP green coriander (finely chopped) in it and mix it

Instructions
- Take a bowl, add 250 grams paneer in it and then add ½ TSP chili powder, ¼ TSP garlic powder, ¼ TSP garam masala, 1 TSP ginger garlic paste and ¼ TSP salt in it then mix it well. Put it for 30 mins.
