- ½ cup curd
- ½ TSP turmeric powder
- 1 TSP chili powder
- ½ coriander powder
- 1/4 TSP cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ kasoori methi
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ¼ tsp celery
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp besan
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Onion
- 3 tbsp oil
- Capsicum
- 150 grams paneer
How To Make Paneer Tikki Recipe

Take a bowl, add ½ cup curd, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, 1/4th cumin, ½ garam masala, ½ tsp kasoori methi, ½ chaat masala, 1 ginger garlic paste, ¼ tsp clery, 2 tsp besan, 1 tsp lemon juice and add salt then mix all of them.

Now, Add ½ onion’s petals.

Then, Put red and green chili in it.

Now, add paneer and 1 tbsp oil then mix it. And keep it for 30 mins.

Now, take a skewer, put onion, capsicum and paneer in it.
