Ingredients for Seviyan Kheer Recipe :
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 5 -6 cashew nuts (broken)
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 3/4 cup vermicelli
- 4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
How to make Seviyan Kheer recipe :
- First take a griddle, heat 1 tbsp ghee in it, and then add 5-6 broken cashew nuts and 1 tbsp raisins and fry on low flame till golden brown. Take it out and keep it aside.
- Now put cup of vermicelli in the same ghee and fry till it becomes golden brown, then take it out and keep it aside.
- Take a big kadai or pan, add 4 cups of milk, and heat it. After boiling, add roasted vermicelli and mix well. And boil it for 10 -12 minutes.
- When it is completely cooked, then add 1/4 cup sugar to it and mix it well. If you want to add more sweetness then you can add according to your choice.
- When it is completely cooked and becomes thick, then add roasted dry fruits and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, and mix well.
- Finally, your vermicelli kheer is ready, now you can eat vermicelli kheer cold or hot. And you can share with your family too.
