Ingredients For Besan Ladoo Sweets
- 10-12 Cashews Approx (Finely Chopped)
- 2 Cups Besan (Gram Flour)
- 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 Cup Sugar Powder
- 1-2 Tbsp golden raisins (chopped)
- 1 Cup Ghee
How To Cook Besan Ladoo Recipe Step By Step Process
- Take a big bowl/pan and heat it then add 2 cup besan in it.
- Roast the besan on a low flame till it turns brown. Take care not to burn the gram flour.
- Now add half a cup of ghee and mix it well. Roast it for about 12 to 15 minutes and keep in mind keep stirring continuously.
- When it becomes thick and its color starts changing and ghee starts coming out. Then you take it out strictly.
- Now add 1 cup of sugar powder to it. And mix it well.
- Add 1 to 2 cups raisins, 1 tsp green cardamom powder and 10 to 15 finely chopped cashews. And mix it well and let it cool down.
- Now make it in the shape of laddus with your hands. And your besan ladoo is ready.Now Serve it and enjoy eating the paneer fried recipe with your loved ones.
