Ingredient For Making Suji Ka Halwa
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup rava / semolina
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp cashews
- 1.5 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
How to make Suji Ka Halwa Recipe
- First Take a pan, add ghee, and heat it.
- Now add 1 tbsp almonds, 1 tbsp cashew nuts, and 1 tbsp raisins and roast it on a low flame. After roasting Take it out and keep it aside.
- Now put 1 cup semolina/suji in it and roast it on low flame till it becomes fragrant and golden.
- Now add milk and water to it and after that add roasted dry fruits and mix well.
- And keep stirring till all the milk gets absorbed in the semolina/Suji or it becomes thick.
- Now add sugar and mix well till it dissolves.
- Now add cardamom powder to it and mix well.
- Finally, your semolina pudding recipe is ready, serve it hot.
