Tawa Pulao Ingredients List
For Cooking Rice:
- Water
- 1 Cup Basmati Rice
- 1 Tsp Oil
- ½ Salt
- ¼ cup Turmeric
For Pulao
- 2 Tsp Ghee
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 2 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala Powder
- ½ Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 Tbsp Green Coriander
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Tomato (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Carrot (Finely Chopped)
- 4 Beans (Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) (Finely Chopped)
- Salt
- ¼ Cup Pea
- 1 Boiled Potato
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
How To Make Tawa Pulao? (Step by Step Explained in Easy Way)
1.
Take a bowl, put 1 cup basmati rice and add some water in it then keep it for 20 minutes.

Take a deep pan, put 5 cups of water, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and ¼ tsp turmeric in it and fry it.

When it boils in water then put 1 cup basmati rice in it and cook rice very well. After cooking, take out the rice from the pan.

Again take a pan, put 2 Tsp ghee and heat it. Now, put 1 Tsp cumin in it and fry it.

Now, Put 1 onion (Finely Chopped) and cook it for sometime. Now, add 1 carrot (Finely Chopped), ¼ pea, 2 tbsp capsicum, ½ tsp salt and beans in it and mix it. After mixing it, fry it for some time.

Now, Add Finely Chopped onion and cook it for some time.

After doing that, put 2 cup tsp pav bhaji masala powder, ½ tsp chili powder in it and mix it very well. After mixing it, cook it for some time.

Now, add small pieces of boiled potato and mix it.

Add cooked rice , ¼ tsp pav bhaji masala powder and ¼ tsp salt in it and mix it. After mixing it, cook it just for 3 or 4 minutes as per required.

Now, put 2 tbsp finely chopped green coriander and lemon juice in it and mix .
