Prep Time: 15 Min

– 2 tbsp oil – 2 proof red chilies – 6-7 curry leaves – 1/8 tsp asafoetida – 1 tsp turmeric – 1 tsp salt – cup coriander leaves – 1 tbsp lemon juice – 1/2 cup peanuts, roasted – 1 cup peas, boiled – 4 bread slices – grated coconut

Ingredients

Step 1

Put oil in a pan, heat it.

When the oil is hot, add asafoetida, mustard seeds, proof red chili and curry leaves.

Now after roasting all these for a while, add peas to it and cook it.

Now add roasted peanuts and cook it till it turns brown

Now add turmeric and name to it and mix it, after that add a piece of bread to it.

Now add lemon juice and green coriander and green chilies to it. And serve by putting grated coconut on top.
