Semolina 2 cups, baking soda 1 teaspoon, salt, chicken 300 grams, 1 onion finely chopped, green coriander leaves 1/4 teaspoon, green onion leaves 1/4 teaspoon, black pepper powder 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp, Vinegar 1 tsp

First take a plate. :- Add flour, salt and baking soda to it and mix it well. And by adding little water in it, you will make the dough soft, soft dough.

After applying the dough, keep the dough for rest for 10 minutes. :- Your dough will be ready. Now you will prepare the chicken stuffing.

First of all take boneless chicken. :- Cut it into small pieces and wash it well in clean water. grind it in a mixer. Then take out the chicken in a bowl.

Add finely chopped onion, vinegar, garlic paste, green onion leaves, black pepper powder, soya mother-in-law, green coriander leaves, salt as per taste and 1 teaspoon oil and mix all the spices well.

Roll the dough like a roti, then place the stuffing in the middle of the puri a little bit. And by applying a little water on the edges, it will close by giving the shape of momo.

To cook momos, first of all, grease the steamer well with oil. If you do not have a steamer, then you can make momo by pouring water in part of a pan and placing a sieve over it.

Do not cook the momos for more than 12-15 minutes. Momo will be ready.
