Simple and easy to make with Creamy Mustard Sauce, these chicken thighs are made in one pan, and ready in about 40-50 minutes!

– 7 medium bone-in (checked) – Kosher salt – black pepper powdered – olive oil – 2 cups finely chopped onion – 2 tablespoons dry white wine – 8 ounce Cream Frenchie – 1 tbsp dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon grain mustard – 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Place the chicken thighs on a cutting board, and pat it dry and add 1 tsp salt and tsp black pepper on both sides of the chicken.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, cook the chicken in a pan for 10 to 15 min on one side till it turns golden brown in color.

Now turn the chicken over and put onion under the chicken and cook it on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.

Keep stirring the onion in between so that the onion does not burn. When the chicken is cooked, take it out in a plate.

Now put wine, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, cream fraiche and salt in a pan and cook on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

Now add the chicken to it, sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
