Whenever it comes to Indian sweets, the name of a sweet definitely comes in it and the name of that sweet is Besan Ladoo Mithai.

– 250 grams flour – 1/2 tsp sugar – 1/2 tsp baking powder – water as required – 1/4 cup ghee – 1/4 cup curd – Oil

– 1 cup sugar – ½ cup water – some saffron – 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Take a bowl, mix 1 cup and a half cup all-purpose flour, half cup sugar, half teaspoon baking powder, ¼ cup ghee to it and mix it well.

Now mix ¼ cup curd well. Add water and mix well. And make a soft dough. Keep it covered with a cloth for 15 minutes.

Now take a pan, add 1 cup sugar, half a cup water, and saffron and mix it well. And boil for 5 minutes. Switch off the gas and keep it covered.

Now take a small-sized hair from the dough and flatten it and make a dent in the middle. Make balls of all the dough like this.

Now take a pan and heat the oil in it. After the oil is hot, fry all the small balls (balushahi) in it.

Now put all the Balushahi in the sugar solution and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes.
