Everyone must have heard the name Malpua but hardly tasted its taste. Malpua is a very tasty and wonderful recipe.

1 cup flour, 1/2 cup rava/semolina, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp fennel powder, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 1/2 cup milk /rabri, water as needed, Oil, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, few threads of saffron

Take a bowl, add 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup semolina, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon fennel, 1/4 cup cardamom, and 1/2 cup milk and mix it well.

Make a good batter by adding water as per your requirement. Keep it like this for 30 minutes.

Now take a pan, add 1 cup of sugar and half a cup of water, and boil it.

add cardamom powder and saffron and boil for 10 minutes. Switch off the gas and keep it aside.

Now take a pan or wok, put oil in it, and heat it. Now make malpua from the batter.

And pour it into the sugar solution. And leave it for 10 minutes.

Similarly, make malpua from all the batter.
