– 4 cups of bread flour – 1 envelope of instant dry yeast – 1 tsp sugar – 2 teaspoons kosher salt – 2 tablespoons olive oil, + 2 tsp – 1 1/2 cups water, 110°F

Mix bread flour, yeast, sugar, and coarse salt in a bowl.

And add water and 2 tbsp oil to it. And beat it well and make a perfect dough.

Pour the dough into a large bowl and grease it with the remaining two tablespoons of olive oil.

Now cover it and keep it for an hour, after an hour its size will double.

Now divide this dough into 2 parts. Cover both with plastic wrap and keep for 10 minutes
