How To Make Tasty momos 

Ingredients

For the dough: ~ 1½ cups flour ~ salt to taste ~ Wate For stuffing: ~ 3 tsp oil ~ 3- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped ~ 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped ~ 2 chilies, finely chopped ~ 1 cup carrot, grated ~ 2 cups cabbage

Ingredients

~ 1 cup cottage cheese, grated ~ ½ cup onion, finely chopped ~ ½ tsp black pepper, crushed or powdered ~ ½ tsp salt ~ 1 tsp chili sauce ~ 1 tsp soy sauce

Step-1

First chop all the vegetables.

Step-2

Now take a pan or any utensil. And add flour, salt and a little oil to it. Add water and make a soft dough, that is, knead it. 

Step-3

Now keep the kneaded dough covered for 20-25 minutes. So that by then the dough is well set. 

Step-4

Now take a pan, and put 3 tsp oil in it, and heat it. And add finely chopped ginger and garlic and fry for 1 minute. 

Step-5

Now add finely chopped onions, and fry till light golden in color or fry for 1 minute. 

Step-6

Now add vegetables and paneer, salt and mix it well, cook for about 5 minutes. 

Step-7

Now add  soya sauce, chili sauce, black pepper powder, and mix well, and cook for about 1 minute 

Step-8

Now switch off the gas, and the momos stuffing is ready. 

Step-9

Now fold it completely from one side by raising it from the edge. Now make all the momos like this. 

Step-10

Now take a steamer or a deep pan, and heat it by adding water, and place the momos in it. And cook it on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.
