Overnight oats are a recipe made by soaking quick-cooking oats in water, milk, or curd overnight. And then later it is served with fruits and dry fruits on top.

2 teaspoons raw sugar 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats 1/2 tbsp chia seeds 2 to 3 tbsp chopped nuts 1/2 cup chopped mixed fruits – apple, chikoo, mango, banana, Jamun

Take a small bowl, and add oats to it.

Now add sugar and mix.

Now add water, either you can add milk or curd instead of water.

Now add it and mix well.

Add chia seeds, mix well and keep covered.

And the next morning you can serve it with fruits and nuts.
