Homemade Bread Recipe

Ingredients

Canola Oil Bread Flour Salt Warm Water Dry Yeast Sugar etc.

Step:1

 Mix yeast with ½ Tsp sugar in warm water. Let wait for 5 mins to form bubbles in it.

Mix remaining 3 tbsp of sugar, 3 cups flour and salt then mix oil and yeast mixture. Add to the flour mixture and mix it until well combined and mix ½ cup flour at a time to make a soft dough

Then knead it on a floured surface for at least 8-10 minutes till it becomes smooth and elastic.

After that, place it in a ghee-greased bowl and Turn it over, oil it, and set it aside in a warm location for 1-2 hours, until it doubles in size.

Step: 5

Punch the dough down and fold it in half on a lightly floured surface. Then form each into a loaf. Then set aside for 1 hour in two greased 9x5-inch loaf pans.

Step: 6

Bake at 375°F until it browns and sounds hollow when tapped. Then remove it from the pan and set it aside to cool.
