1 Cup rava ½ Tsp mustard oil ½ Tsp cumin ½ Tsp asafoetida 1 Tsp Chana dal 1 Tsp urad dal 1-2 curry leaves 3 dry red chilies 6-7 crushed cashew and almonds ⅓ cup thick curd ½ cup grated ginger 2 green chilies finely chopped 2 Tsp oil ½ Tsp ghee

Ingedients

Step-1

First of all, heat oil in a pan and put rava in it.

Step-2

Then, add chana dal, urad dal in it and mix well.

Step-3 

then, add rava in it and mix well also fry it for 7-8 mins.

Step-4  

Make the paste of curd and green chilli in a bowl.

Now, add fried rava and water and mix well then after add grated ginger and green chilies.

Now, Put 2 glasses of water in a steamer and heat it on low flame and apply oil to the idli molds.

Now put the rava paste in the oiled mold and cook them for 10-15min.
