Do not cut too big, it will take more time to cook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Now put soya chaap in it and fry on low flame till it becomes crisp and golden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now take the fried soya chaap in a bowl, and then add 1\/4th tsp garam masala, 1\/4th tsp salt, 1\/4th tsp chili powder, 1\/4th cup curd and 1\/4th small Add a spoonful of turmeric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now mix it well and keep it covered for half an hour.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To make gravy:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp oil and 1\/2 tsp ghee in it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add 1\/4 tsp cumin, 1\/2 inch cinnamon, 3 cloves, 1 cardamom, 1\/2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Now add 1 finely chopped onion and fry till golden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add 2 finely chopped tomatoes to it, and fry till it becomes soft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add 1\/2 tsp coriander powder, 1\/4 tsp chili powder, 1\/4 tsp turmeric, 1\/4 tsp cumin powder and mix well and fry on low flame till the oil separates. .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add marinated soya chaap and cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add water as required and mix it well. Now cover it and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
