So that you can make delicious paneer like dhaba in your kitchen at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So let&#x2019;s see how to make <strong>Dhaba Style Paneer recipe?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cook Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ctcard\">\n<li>Prep time: 10 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooking time: 40 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total Time: 50 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serves: 3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Level : Easy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group ingredient_block\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients of Dhaba Style Paneer<\/strong> recipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For Dhaba Masala:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1.5 tsp coriander seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 tsp fennel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#xBC; tsp black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 inch cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\/4 tsp cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 pods cardamom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For Marination:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>200 grams paneer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp ghee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 tsp chili powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#xBC; tsp salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#xBC; small turmeric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp ginger and garlic paste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#xBC; tsp garam masala<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the curry:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 tbsp oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp ghee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 inch cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tsp ginger garlic paste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#xBC; tsp garam masala<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#xBC; tsp turmeric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 pods cardamom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 onion (finely chopped)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tomatoes (finely chopped)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt as per taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bay leaf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 cup curd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\/4 tsp chili powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#xBD; cup water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 big shining coriander leaves (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make <strong>Dhaba Style Paneer Recipe<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to make Dhaba Paneer Masala<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Heat a pan, add 1.5 tsp coriander seeds, 2 cloves, 1\/3 tsp fennel, &#xBC; tsp black pepper, 1\/3 inch cinnamon, 3\/4 tsp cumin and 2 pods cardamom on a low flame. Fry it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When it cools down, put it in the mixer and make powder. And keep it aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paneer marination and frying method:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Take 200 grams paneer and cut it into small pieces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now take shredded paneer in a bowl, and add 1\/3 tsp chili powder, &#xBC; tsp salt, &#xBC; tsp turmeric, 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste and &#xBC; tsp garam masala and mix well. And keep it like this for half an hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now take a pan and put 1 tbsp ghee in it and heat it on low flame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now put all the spiced paneer in the pan and fry it well from all sides. (about 2 to 3 minutes) and take it out and keep it aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dhaba Style Paneer Recipe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Take a large pan, and heat 1 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp ghee in it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 1\/2 inch cinnamon, 2 pods cardamom, 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp cumin and 2 cloves and fry lightly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add 1\/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste and finely chopped onion, fry till onion becomes soft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now reduce the flame, now add prepared Dhaba Paneer Masala, 1\/4 tsp turmeric, 3\/4 tsp red chili powder and salt as per taste, and cook it on low flame till it becomes soft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add finely chopped tomatoes, and cook on low heat till it becomes soft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add 1\/3 cup curd to it, mix well and cook for a while.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When oil starts separating, add water as required and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add fried paneer to it, and mix well.
