Now add &#xBC; cup ghee to it and mix it well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now mix &#xBC; cup curd well. Add water and mix well. And make a soft dough. Keep it covered with a cloth for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">for sugar solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Now take a pan, add 1 cup sugar, half a cup water, and saffron and mix it well. And boil for 5 minutes. Switch off the gas and keep it covered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now take a small-sized hair from the dough and flatten it and make a dent in the middle. Make balls of all the dough like this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now take a pan or wok and heat the oil in it. After the oil is hot, fry all the small balls (balushahi) in it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now put all the Balushahi in the sugar solution and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your Balushahi recipe is ready.
