Make Easily This style Palak Paneer Recipe at your Home

Paneer Recipe

- spinach - 1 inch ginger - 2 garlic cloves - 3 green chilies - 3 tbsp oil - 1 teaspoon butter - 200 grams paneer - 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1 inch cinnamon – 4 cloves - 2 cardamom - 1 bay leaf - 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi - 1 onion - 1 tomato – 1/4 cup water Salt as per taste - 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi - 2 tbsp cream

Ingredients For Palak Paneer 

Palak Paneer is very Popular vegetable in Utter Pradesh. On hearning his name water comes in the mouth.  

Cook Time : 40min

Serving : 3

First, take a pot and add 5 cups of water to it, boil it. when it's boiling put the palak into it. and boils for 2 min.

Step-1

Now separate the Palak from boil water. and put it into mixer and add some green chilli, ginger, make the paste.

Step-2

Now take a pan and heat it and add 1 teaspoon butter.  Put the pieces of paneer in it and fry it lightly. and keep aside.

Step-3

Now add 1 teaspoon cumin, cinnamon, 4 cloves, 2 cardamoms, 1 bay leaf and 1 teaspoon kasoori methi and lightly roast.

Step-4

Add finely chopped onion and mix well and fry on low flame.  now add chopped tomatoes and mix well and fry on low flame till become soft.

Step-5

Now add palak paste and half a cup of water and half a teaspoon salt and mix well and cook on low flame. Now add Paneer and mix, cook on low flame for 5 to 6 min. Now add garam masala, 1 teaspoon kasoori methi, and 2 teaspoon cream and mix well.
