For balls:- 2 cups Cabbage , finely chopped 1 onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp flour 1 tbsp rice flour ½ tsp garam masala 1 tsp soy sauce ½ tsp red chili powder ½ tsp ginger and garlic paste salt to taste Oil

For Gravy : 1 red bell pepper 1 green capsicum 2 green onions, finely chopped 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped 2 green chilies, finely chopped 4 - 5 garlic cloves,  1 tsp red chili sauce 1 tsp Green Chili Sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup ½ tsp salt 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp schezwan chutney 1 tbsp corn flour

To make Manchurian, take one cabbage. Grate it.

Step 2 

Add some salt to it and mix Then leave it like this for 15-20 minutes. So that all the water from the cabbage is removed.

Step 3 

Now make a paste by mixing maida, rice flour, cornflour, onion, garam masala, red chili, soy sauce, salt as per taste, ginger and garlic.

Step 4 

Now hand this paste  Make small balls out of it.

Step 5 

Now take a pan. Add more oil and heat it. Fry all the balls one by one.

Take a pan to make gravy. Heat 1 tbsp oil in it

Step 7 

Now red and green capsicum, onion Add and cook for 2 minutes, now add vinegar, red and green chili sauce, tomato ketchup, schezwan chutney and mix everything well.

Step 8 

Now turn off the gas and add Manchurian to the gravy Put the bowl i.e. the ball and mix it well.
