Ingredients for making Muffins:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons milk powder
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons tutti frutti
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Method of making Eggless Muffins Recipe:

  1. To make apple muffins, we will take half a cup of flour in a bowl, and in this, we will add 3 large spoons of milk powder, 1/2 small spoon of baking powder, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and 1/4 small spoon of baking soda. Now we will mix all these well.
  2. Take another bowl and add 1/4 cup of condensed milk, 3 large spoons of ghee, and half a small spoon of vanilla essence to it, now mix all these well.
  3. Now we will add 1/2 cup of milk to it and we will use the remaining milk later.
  4. Now we will add it to the first bowl and mix it well.
  5. Now we will add the remaining milk to it and mix it well. (If you feel that the milk is less then you can use a little more milk, otherwise, you can also use a little water.)
  6. Now our batter is ready. Now we will add tutti frutti to it. If you do not have tutti frutti, you can add chopped dry fruit. Now mix it well.
  7. Now we will pour it into the mold, first, put a paper cup in the mold then we will pour the batter into it. And keep in mind that only half fill the cup otherwise the cake will rise and come out.
  8. Now we will put a little more tutti frutti on top for garnishing.
  9. Now we will put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes to bake.
