  • 6 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp flour

How to make Chocolate Lava Cakes Recipe :

  1. Heat the oven to 450 Fahrenheit. and butter and lightly grease 6 ramekins and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Now mix butter and chocolate in a double boiler and melt it on low flame. and stir it until smooth.
  3. Now in a large mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar and salt and mix. And heat it on medium heat and keep whisking.
  4. Now mix the chocolate mixer and the egg mixture well. And divide it into ramekins.
  5. Now bake it for 6 to 8 minutes. Now let it cool down.
  6. Now put a dessert on top of each of the ramekins. And plate it carefully.
