- 7 medium bone-in (checked)
- Kosher salt
- black pepper powdered
- olive oil
- 2 cups finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 8 ounce Cream Frenchie
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon grain mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

- Place the chicken thighs on a cutting board, and pat it dry.
- Apply 1 tsp salt and tsp black pepper on both sides of the chicken.
