Bhatura Recipe: Bhatura is a type of puffed and fried puri. Which is a very popular dish served with Chole. Although generally Bhature is made in the same way as Puri, but there is a lot of difference between the two. Bhatures are made from maida flour, whereas Puris are made from wheat flour. And Bhatura is very soft.

Ingredients for making Golgappa Puri Recipe

How to make Bhatura Recipe

1.

Take a vessel, add semolina, fine flour, salt and baking soda, curd, sugar and 2 tbsp oil. And mix well. Add little – little water and knead soft dough.

Take a wet cloth, and keep the kneaded dough for 1-2 hours.

Now remove the cloth, and knead the dough once again.

Now make a dough from the dough, make the dough to roll it as big as a roti.

Now take a ball, and roll it like a roti, and apply oil on the wheel to prevent the bhatura from sticking to the wheel.

Now take a pan (kadai), put oil in it and heat it. When the oil becomes hot on medium flame, put the bhaturas in the pan and fry them till they turn golden brown in color. Fry all the bhaturas in the same way.
