Ingredients for Palak raita Recipe:

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 100 grams spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • A pinch of black pepper and asafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped

Method of making Spinach Raita Recipe :

  1. First, wash the spinach well and boil it. After boiling, put it in a mixer jar and grind it or make a paste.
  2. Now strain 2 cups of yogurt with the help of a strainer so that the yogurt becomes smooth.
  3. Now add spinach paste, cumin powder, 1 green chili, a pinch of black pepper and asafoetida, and salt to taste and mix well.
