Paneer Momos Recipe / Momos Recipe : Momos Recipe is a Chinese dish, which is very popular in many parts of India. It is a street food. How To Make Paneer Momos Recipe

First cut all the vegetables and grate the cheese.

Now take a vessel in which to knead the dough. And now add all purpose flour, salt and some oil to it. And by adding little water, knead well soft or soft dough.

Now keep the kneaded dough covered with a cloth for 20 minutes. So that by then the dough is well set.

Now take a kadai or pan, and put 3 tsp oil in it, and heat it. And add finely chopped ginger and garlic and fry it for 1 minute.

Now add onion, finely chopped, and fry till light golden color or for 1 minute.

6.

Now add all the chopped vegetables and paneer. And after that add salt and mix it well, cook for about 5 minutes.

7.

Now add 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp chili sauce and black pepper powder, and mix well, and cook for about 1 minute.

8.

Now switch off the gas, and the momos stuffing is ready.

Now knead the dough once again, and make small balls and roll it like a puri, and now add stuffing masala to it.

Now fold it completely from one side by raising it from the edge. Now make all the momos like this.

Now take a steamer or a deep pan, and heat it by adding water, and place the momos in it. And cook it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.

Now take out the momos in a plate and serve with red chutney.

How to serve Vegetable Momos?

Apart from vegetables in momos, there is also a stuffing or stuffing of paneer, which is called paneer momos. Momos can be served with sauce or schezwan chutney.
