  1. To make Aloo Paratha, first take flour in a vessel and knead the dough. Knead the dough soft and soft, and keep the dough covered with a cloth for 20 minutes.
  2. Now prepare the stuffing for making parathas. First of all, mash the boiled potatoes, and add finely chopped onion, green chili, red chili powder, coriander powder, carom seeds, ginger, mango powder and salt according to taste and mix it well, now the stuffing will be ready.
  3. Now knead the dough once again for 2 minutes, now make small balls of the dough, now take the dough, and by applying dry flour, make the dough thin while rolling with both hands.
  4. Now pack the stuffing in the middle of the dough. And then apply dry dough and roll it with a rolling pin, now heat a pan on the gas. Do not overheat the pan.
  5. Now roast the paratha on low flame. First, bake the paratha from both the sides and then apply oil or ghee. Bake all the parathas in the same way.
  6. Now take out the paratha in a plate to serve and serve it hot with curd, tomato sauce, green chutney.
