How To Make Chow Mein

  1. To make chowmein, boil the noodles in a pot with water. After a while, check the noodles by pressing them once with your hand, the noodles are not broken. Now take out the noodles in a mesh vessel. Apply a little oil and mix it well.
  2. Now wash the vegetables thoroughly and chop them finely.
  3. Now let’s take a wok. Add 2 spoons of oil to it and heat it. Now add finely chopped garlic, green chili, ginger and fry it well for 2-3 minutes.Now add finely chopped onion and fry it. Now add capsicum, cabbage, carrot and cook for 2 minutes. Do not over cook vegetables.
  4. Now add green chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, powdered sugar, vinegar, black pepper powder and salt as per taste and mix it all well. After that add noodles and mix well.
  5. Now add garam masala, red chili powder and cook. Now the chowmein is ready, now add green onions and mix them well and take out the chowmein.
  6. To serve the chowmein, take out the chowmein in a plate and serve it with tomato sauce, green, green sauce and cabbage.
