Ingredients of Dhaniyan Panjiri

  • 1 Cup Sabut Coriander
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 1 cup Makhana
  • 50g gum
  • 100g cooked coconut
  • 50g cashew nuts
  • 2 Tbse ghee
  • ½ cup sugar powder
  • ½ kabchironji 

How To Make Dhaniya Panjiri Recipe? Step By Step Process

  1. First of all, find the coriander till the fragrance comes on the pavilion.
  2. Similarly, fry the makhana and gum in ghee, now chop the coriander, guna and makhana with separate blades.
  3. Coarsely grind the gond makhana.
  4. Cut cashews and almonds into small pieces, grate the coconut, now mix the makhana with coriander powder.
  5. Also, add cashew nuts, almonds, sugar, coconut, if it still seems less, then you can add more in it.
  6. Now your Panjiri is ready, now you can keep it in front of God as an offering of Prasad.
